Things I've done over the years...

Running:                             
  
I completed 10 marathons (2:59 PR @ Marine Corp. Marathon) including the prestigious 
Boston Marathon  3 times (3:03 best), and hundreds of other races of varying distances all over the US.  
A few other fun races I competed in as a masters athlete (40+ age group)

A top age group competitor, I have completed the
Bolder Boulder 10k road race
15 consecutive years...clocking under 40 minutes 11 straight years in a row from age 40 to age 50 (including running a 39:55 at age 50 to complete my goal)! 
I also competed in triathlon and duathlon events.

limbing:
I am a 
traditional & sport  rock climber.  I climb primarily in Eldorado Canyon, Boulder Canyon, Flatirons, Lumpy Ridge (RMNP), Shelf and Rifle here in Colorado. Also have lead routes up, and been on top of Devils Tower, The Grand Teton and Vedauwoo in Wyoming.

Hiking/Mountaineering:
An avid 'peak bagger', I've summited half  (25) of the 54
total
Colorado 14,000' mountains (14ers).   And also summited over 60 named peaks 10,000' or higher in Rocky Mountain National Park...its like my second home!
