PERSONAL TRAINING/COACHING SERVICES
In our first meeting we'll discuss aspects of your current health and condition. A fitness assessment is recommended next, but is not mandatory. You can choose a wellness/fitness plan described below or we can design one custom to meet your needs.

Fitness Assessment (no charge)

-Cardiovascular Endurance
One on One Personal Training $50 per hour
Or pick a Plan & pay a flat fee with reduced rates
Plan 1:
1 hour meeting, twice a week, for 3 weeks, includes cardio (run, cycle, walk, or hike), light weight training, and stability ball training.
6-1 hour sessions $250
Plan 2:
1.5 hour meeting, three times per week, for 3 weeks, includes cardio (run, cycle, walk, or hike), and more advanced weight training and/or stability ball training.
6-1.5 hour sessions $350
Plan 3:
As long as your workout takes...on a long ride, hike, run, climb, or whatever cardio or weight training activity you choose. I'll accompany you and instruct, motivate, and support every step of the way!
First hour $50, then each additional hour drop $10. (3 hours=$130)
Progress logged weekly/monthly
Reassessment done after month 1,3,6
Once Goals are attained, we will re-establish new goals and work on different areas, assessing strengths, weaknesses, and work on things you want to improve on.

Runner Coaching
I will work with you one on one, and will design a program to help meet your running goals. I instruct you, assess form & gait, explain benefits of certain running workouts... then go out and either run or ride with you at your pace! $12 per session.
