 In our first meeting we'll discuss aspects of your current health and condition.  A fitness assessment is recommended next, but is not mandatory.  You can choose a wellness/fitness plan described below or we can design one custom to meet your needs.

•One on One Personal training $60 per hour

Discounted Plans:

Plan 1:
1 hour meeting, twice weekly, for 3 weeks, includes weight training, stability ball training and/or optional cardio (run, cycle, walk, or hike).
6~1 hour sessions
$330 ($55 ea)

Plan 2:
1.5 hour meeting, twice weekly, for 3 weeks, includes more advanced weight training and/or stability ball training and/or cardio (run, cycle, walk, or hike).
6~1.5 hour sessions
$410 ($68 ea) 

Plan 3:
1 hour meeting, twice weekly, for 4 weeks, includes weight training, stability ball training and/or cardio (run, cycle, walk, or hike).
8~1 hour sessions
$400 ($50 ea)

Plan 4:
1.5 hour meeting, twice weekly, for 4 weeks, includes more advanced weight training, stability ball training and/or cardio (run, cycle, walk, or hike).
8~1.5 hour sessions
$520 ($65 ea)

Plan 5:
1 hour meeting, twice weekly, for 8 weeks, includes weight training, stability ball training and/or cardio (run, cycle, walk, or hike).
16~1 hour sessions

:
1.5 hour meeting, twice weekly, for 8 weeks, includes more advanced weight training, stability ball training and/or cardio (run, cycle, walk, or hike).

Plan 7
:
Sport conditioning
(Winter=> Ski/Snowboard)
(Summer=> run/ride/climb/hike) 
~1 hour session weekly for 10 weeks

Plan 8:
Group Training: Get a group of friends together (5 person group minimum) and each pay
 
$15 ea. per hour
Groups of 10 or more $12 ea.

Plan 9:
Post pregnancy weight reduction
~1 hour sesson weekly 10 weeks

Plan 10:
Core conditioning (Lose the "spare tire") 
~30 minutes, once a week, 10 weeks
$250 ($25 ea)

•Progress logged weekly/monthly 

•Reassessment done after month 1,3,6

Once Goals are attained, we will re-establish new goals and work on different areas, assessing strengths, weaknesses, and work on things you want to improve on.
